CFAO unveils zero mileage Toyota Belta

Motor dealer CFAO Motors Kenya Limited has introduced a new Toyota Belta retailing at Sh2.83 million as demand for new motor vehicles increases.

The introduction of the Toyota Belta model increases the portfolio of compact vehicles. The move by CFAO comes at a time when the Kenya auto market has registered demand for 1000cc to 1600cc vehicles.

Launched in March, the Toyota Belta became one of the first vehicles to be unveiled after the dealer rebranded from Toyota Kenya Ltd. Speaking during the launch, CFAO Motors managing director Arvinder Reel said the dealer responded to the consumer needs.

“The B2C models contribute 20% of the overall sales. We are therefore keen to continue offering quality, durable, and reliable vehicles to the market,” he said.

Reel added that “there is a continued demand for vehicles that come out with more fuel-efficient engines. They are reliable and more pocket friendly. We are therefore keen on offering a one-stop for mobility needs.”

This move expands CFAO’s range of Toyota passenger cars and presents a chance for Kenyans to stop buying used imported Belta vehicles from Japan.

The Toyota Belta is now available at zero mileage at CFAO Motors. The dealer is banking on government incentives offered to new car buyers to propel sales for the new Belta model.

CFAO has partnered with financial institutions to offer 95% financing solutions on the vehicle. Toyota Belta buyers will also receive a five-year warranty or 150,000km, whichever comes first. The service intervals are after every 10,000km.

The Belta is only available in the sedan version. It comes fitted with a push-to-start button and a radio that supports Apple Car Play and Android Auto. It also has LED lights for improved visibility especially at night.

CFAO Motors Kenya remains the exclusive distributor of brand new Toyota vehicles and genuine parts in Kenya.

The dealer also has exclusive offers on Toyota manufacturer’s warranty.

“Besides this, we are also the distributor of other new cars and equipment of Suzuki vehicles, Yamaha motorbikes and Hino trucks. As part of our expansion strategy, we will now offer quality used cars under the trade name of Automark as well as parts offering through Winparts,” a statement from CFAO reads.
