RECOGNISING THE WORK BEHIND SAFER ROADS
The second edition of the awards reinforces the need for sustained participation from organizations and individuals working across Kenya’s road transport sector.
The diversity of the awardees reflects the many areas where road safety interventions are needed, including corporate governance, public transport, driver welfare, vehicle technology, education and community-based initiatives.
For the recognized organizations and individuals, the awards provide an opportunity to build on their work and encourage further investment in road safety.
As AA Kenya looks towards the next awards cycle, the challenge remains to turn recognition into continued action, with more institutions taking responsibility for the safety of their employees, customers, road users and the communities in which they operate.
