Village Market AutoShow Experience Returns This Weekend

Timothy Albrite

Nairobi’s automotive enthusiasts are in for an exciting weekend as the Village Market AutoShow Experience returns for its third edition from June 26 to 28 at the Village Market Rooftop Parking in Gigiri.

Over the past two years, the AutoShow has established itself as one of Kenya’s fastest-growing automotive lifestyle events, bringing together vehicle manufacturers, mobility companies, aftermarket service providers, financiers and motoring enthusiasts in an accessible and family-friendly environment. This year’s edition promises an even bigger showcase of vehicles, technology and automotive experiences.

According to the organisers, visitors can expect to see a wide variety of vehicles, ranging from luxury models and family cars to SUVs, off-road machines, performance vehicles, electric vehicles (EVs) and outdoor adventure-focused mobility solutions. The event will also feature automotive accessories, insurance providers, financing solutions and vehicle servicing specialists, creating a one-stop destination for prospective buyers and enthusiasts alike.

The AutoShow comes at a time when Kenya’s automotive sector is undergoing rapid transformation. Interest in electric mobility continues to grow, while consumers are increasingly seeking vehicles that combine efficiency, technology and versatility. Last year’s edition reflected these changing trends, with EVs attracting significant public interest and sparking conversations around the future of sustainable transport in Kenya.

This year’s AutoShow will feature a diverse mix of exhibitors from across the automotive ecosystem. Confirmed participants include AA Kenya, Urysia, Simba Corp, Jetour, Isuzu, AKV Auto, Car Store Kenya, Ganatra Cycles showcasing Royal Enfield and Kove motorcycles, Bora Autocare, and Sairaj, among others. Their presence reflects the broad appeal of the event, bringing together vehicle dealers, motorcycle brands, motoring services, vehicle care specialists and road safety advocates in one location.

Visitors will have an opportunity to engage directly with exhibitors, learn about the latest products and services, explore financing and ownership solutions, and gain insights into emerging mobility trends shaping Kenya’s automotive landscape.

Beyond the vehicles themselves, the Village Market setting adds a lifestyle dimension to the event. Families can combine a day at the AutoShow with the shopping, dining and entertainment experiences available within the complex, making it a weekend outing for all ages.

As Kenya’s automotive landscape continues to evolve, events such as the Village Market AutoShow are becoming increasingly important in connecting consumers with industry players and showcasing the innovations shaping the future of mobility.
